Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

DazzyBazzy is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
