Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@dazzybazzy.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
- Perishable goods
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
